2. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, futures, and leveraged assets involves significant risk. Our indicators are tools for analysis and do not constitute financial advice. 3TradeFusion is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of our platform.

3. Subscription & Billing

We offer various access tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Access is purchased in advance for the selected term, either 1 month or 3 months, depending on the option chosen at checkout.

When the purchased access period ends, the paid service will no longer be available on that account unless a new term is purchased. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. License & Usage

Upon subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our indicators via TradingView or our integrated dashboard.

You may not resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute our indicators or their underlying logic without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3TradeFusion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
